About Baule Cloths
Baule cloths (also known as Baule textiles or Baule traditional cloths) are handwoven by skilled Baule weavers in Ivory Coast. Using a horizontal narrow-loom, artisans weave narrow strips of 10–15 cm wide, which are then expertly sewn together to form larger pieces.
