This stunning old black bicone Venetian wound glass bead, also known as the "King" bead, features a delicate trail decoration. It is a perfect example of the fine craftsmanship that defines Venetian lampwork beads. Originally crafted in Venice, Italy, this bead was used in the African trade in the late 1800s to early 1900s.
