Traditional African Bead Craftsmanship
The brass beads in this bracelet are meticulously handcrafted in Ghana’s Ashanti region (Kumasi) using the ancient Lost Wax Technique. Each bead requires a unique wax mold that is destroyed after casting, making every bead truly one of a kind.
The vibrant glass beads originate from the skilled artisans of Krobo land, where recycled glass bottles and other materials are crushed into a fine powder. This powder is carefully placed into molds and fired in a traditional firewood kiln, producing beautiful, eco-friendly beads that celebrate sustainability and culture.
